Briggs and Stratton Model 252417-5526-01 90050210. Engine Cylinder was bored at machine shop with new piston & rings 0.30 over. The question Oil Ring seems a little tight in only one spot when placed into the piston groove, it does not float easy. Is this normal or does does the piston groove need to be enlarged a hair.
