Bolens tiller 18618 on a 1050?

Someone is selling this bolens tiller for $300 but I know nothing about them. I'd like to get a tiller for my recently acquired Bolens 1050. My tractor runs and drives but the throttle is jacked up and needs a carb clean yet but I was able to drive it a little in its current state so I think it's viable.

Question is does this tiller work on a tube frame, and are there parts missing that makes this a bad buy?
